An Accounts Payable Processor will process incoming invoices to generate payments due to vendors providing support to the Accounts Payable team.

Position responsibilities:

Store and distribute incoming invoices arriving via mail and e-mail into our document management system
Process invoices for payment
Manual entry of Non-PO invoices to G/L codes assigned by intercompany personnel
Electronic matching of PO invoices to Purchase Orders
Review monthly statements as time permits
Perform additional accounts payable tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or A/P Specialist
Essential skills and experience:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Basic math skills
High volume data entry or processing experience
Windows based computer skills
10-key calculator
Basic knowledge of A/P and Excel preferred

A Fleet Inventory Assistant will be responsible for assisting with new truck inventory companywide. They will monitor new inventory and delivery of all equipment to our customers and branches by regional trucking schedules.

Role qualifications:
Must partner with sales and rental teams to ensure effective equipment availability.
Must maintain systems and controls to ensure accurate inventory records in CRM, Quipware and Excel.
Must ensure we meet delivery commitments necessary to comply with customers’ objectives.

Position responsibilities:
Order new stock and rental equipment as requested.
Enter all new stock equipment and rentals into our ERP system.
Maintain logs and files of equipment being sent or received on daily runs.
Refer to receiving report (local and outlying regions) to ensure the check-in is complete on all new equipment
Ensure the monthly physical inventory is completed by all locations
Manage files for sold-truck delivery, set up spreadsheet and attend weekly update meetings.
Provide backup for demo requests and follow process - new & used
Monitor movement of equipment between branches within region
Assist bank auditors on inventory audits.
Work as need or request with the CSG department for ordering equipment
Handle projects as assigned by management

Essential skills and experience:
Excellent organizational skills and attentional to detail
Familiarity with Excel, CRM, and Outlook
1-2 years administration / data entry experience, ideally in supply chain

A Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the field sales staff and ensuring superior information flow to all involved parties.

Role qualifications:
Must partner with sales staff and other internal departments, as well as our vendors to ensure thorough communications are provided on equipment transactions.
Must be detail oriented to ensure thorough administration of our equipment proposals and order processing.

Position responsibilities:
Perform as liaison between company, field sales rep, and manufacturer – assist with sourcing products needed and in problem resolution.
Process proposals for pending deals.
Process orders for equipment, working with CSG Sales Coordinator.
Coordinate preparation of lease paperwork through leasing dept.
Process orders for peripheral equipment / attachments needed to complete order
Process billing to customers for equipment orders.
Process commissions for sales reps.
Take customer calls during the day and handle however appropriate.
Maintain status info on pending quotations.
Monitor inventory of book packets, prepare as needed.
Assist Credit Department with problem accounts.
Cross train in other Customer Support Group positions.

Wolter, Inc., a material handling industry leader, is looking for a Shop Foreman. Based out of our Wausau branch, this position is responsible for ensuring timely and quality completion of shop jobs.

Responsibilities include:

Prioritize and delegate all shop repairs to Shop Technicians
Assist other technicians as necessary to arrive at solutions to service problems and help ensure customer is satisfied.
Communicate with the Technical Communicator on any unusual service problems encountered.
Help develop apprentice technicians or less experienced technicians. Assist in evaluating the progress of apprentice technicians.
Ensure all jobs are completed on time and correctly – if necessary help get the repairs completed to ensure quoted time is met or if necessary due to complexity of job.
When jobs are completed before they are returned to customer go over them to ensure all repairs are done correctly, and done per items quoted.
Attend service training classes offered to maintain knowledge on new products, or for refreshers on products not encountered too often.
Be familiar with files on technical bulletins and information received via mail or electronically (know how to use shop library).
Complete and submit all paperwork daily for jobs worked on (time cards, maintenance reports, additional repairs needed, etc.). Paperwork must be completed daily.
Communicate with shop manager as to status of jobs daily.
Assist Service Estimator or Shop Manager in completing shop proposals and customer communication as needed
Back-up Shop Manager duties as needed (vacation, illness, etc.)
Report any issues in shop to management (safety hazards, equipment needing repair, organizational challenges, etc.) – be management’s eyes and ears.
Always adhere to safety rules and policies at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requires excellent skills in repairing powered industrial equipment, with a minimum of five years’ experience repairing fork lift trucks, to include welding and fabricating, laptop fundamentals, experience on all types of LP Gas, Diesel, and Electric trucks, and the complete rebuild of major brands of lift truck. This position also requires the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and computer proficiency.

Wolter, Inc., a material handling industry leader is looking for an Account Manager. Based out of our Eau Claire branch, this position is responsible for performing field promotional work to sell and develop new business and maintain existing business.

Responsibilities include:

Call and/or visit businesses on assigned account listing on routine basis, and include cold calls as often as possible. Minimum 8 or more contacts daily, based on your business plan.
Develop solid working relationships with fellow company employees and with vendors who may support your customers
Develop solid business relationships with customers.
Promote all products and services assigned to you and initiate proposals, negotiate, and close business. Work closely with inside support staff.
Arrange for equipment demonstrations as needed; be with customer when equipment arrives.
Be aware of what business needs boosting and be able to shift gears – if rentals are slow, promote rentals; if shop is slow, look for service work for our shop; etc.
Maintain current customer information in company’s computer database; record all sales calls and mileage information.
Stay informed and trained on various services and products and new equipment provided by manufacturers we represent; attend schools when available.
Submit monthly forecasts and lost order reports to field sales manager.
Entertain customers as appropriate and be available outside of normal business hours.
Attend trade shows as required.
Assist when requested in resolving any customer problems or complaints.
Actively seek leads for products or services that are handled by other sales reps or divisions and forward same to them.
Work with / mentor entry level sales people as assigned.
Requires an Associate’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience of at least four years in the same or similar industrial environment, demonstrated ability to develop solid business relationships and sell at a profitable level and meet goals, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and to think ahead and plan over a one-year time span. Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
