Proof that we aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty at Excel!

The team was out in West Salem, Ohio for at the Cinnamon Lake Association project, partnering with Makeever & Associates and The Crawford Construction Co. Inc. to bring this lift station online for the Lorain County Rural Wastewater District.
The system includes a 5' diameter, 17.5' deep concrete wet well, extended base, valve vault, and chopper pumps for dependable performance in the field.

When a power surge fried a control panel at a pump station in Glouster, OH, the system was left needing a quick turnaround.

Our team headed out to Trimble Township to supply a new See Water, Inc. control panel, support installation, and get everything back up and running. While on site, it also became clear that one of the pumps needed to be replaced. Fortunately, the township had a spare on hand, and we assisted with installing it as well.

Sometimes layers of a job may reveal themselves unexpectedly, but that's why it's part of our mission to be prepared to address these issues when they do appear.

Headed southwest of Brook Park, this 8' diameter by 23' deep wet well is part of a new Business Center at the City of Delaware, Ohio - Government Airport. Designed in collaboration with & Environmental Consultants, Inc. and FedOne Construction, the station features a triplex control panel, submersible non-clog BARNES Crane Pumps & Systems pumps, and more. Once installed, it will play a key role in managing and controlling stormwater across the site.

You may not know it yet, but your favorite part of a water slide is probably a pump station.

No, seriously - they're the reason why the slides even have water in the first place! Pump stations carry the water from the pool up to the top of the slide, making sure the trip down is as smooth as can be. Just recently, we completed some repair work at the Brook Park Recreation Center, where we replaced a failing pump station. Along with new fittings and rebuilt lower piping, we installed a Crane Pumps & Systems BARNES Envie³ submersible pump featuring a glycol cooling system designed to maintain proper temperatures even without full submergence.
