Fast growing welding and Industrial maintenance company is looking for a highly motivated individual who is looking for a company to grow with and advance with. They will be reporting to and working directly under the owner of the company. Position will eventually transition into office manager. Experience is a plus but not necessary. Must be able to travel at times when jobs are out of state or over 2 hours away. During the training period. We are starting to branch into federal contracting so we could be doing a good bit of travel.

Primary responsibilities to start will be:

Answering the phone
Scheduling estimates
Organization of all paperwork, receipts and documents

The hours will be part time to start and there will be weeks that work can be done from home unless there is a desire to see what is going on in the field to get a better feel for exactly what we do and to help come up with ways to make the administrative side of the company work cohesively with field operations . Atta Boy has joined forces with another Welding company and there may be a name change to A&E Welding and Mechanical still undecided but will post of it changes. We are still building custom smokers and Bbqs along with fire rings but have started taking on larger commercial piping jobs and industrial maintenance jobs and we are getting geared up to start taking in shipping container homes (check them out on the web they are awesome) and a few other cool things with the shipping containers also. IE man caves and hunting cabi ns. We also have a company on board who does all the finishing work and they are amazing so if you would like more info please feel free and reach out. We are still giving 10% off to all. New customers.¹

Looking for motivated individuals to work for a fast growing company. Duties would be but not limited to. Cutting , grinding, and prepping of materials to he welding. Cutting and fitting of container bottoms, setting up and laying out containers to be repaired and the painting of completed containers using an airless sprayer. I would like to thank everyone i have been in contact with and met at Coplay Norstar. You guys are amazing from the top down. When i first bought one of your machines I didnt know what I was getting and could have never imagined I would be getting something that welds as nice as if not better in some cases then any welder I have used. I am a Blue guy to the bone but after owning two different welders from you now I will have to say I am a green and blue guy to the bone. When it comes to what welders I want in my fab shop Norstar is What will be there and my Blues will be on the job site. Thank you again for all you have done and for proving to me that there are still businesses out there who actually care about there customers and what they think.
