The sales representatives for Phoenix have regional assignments across North America so that they can most effectively assess the powder metal needs of your company and support you in meeting those requirements. Phoenix employs a great variety of standard materials in its powder / sintered metal manufacturing operations in order to provide the lowest cost solutions to your product needs. These materials include iron and carbon steel, iron-phosphorous, iron-nickel, copper infiltration, copper steel, sinter hardened steel, nickel steel, low alloy steel, 300 stainless, 400 stainless, nickel silver, silicon iron, and high alloy steels. Phoenix’s capabilities extend its range of services beyond many powder metal companies, including an on-site tool & die shop and secondary machinery operations. With its 72,000 square foot facility, Phoenix can produce a diverse line of powder metal parts for your company including assemblies, blade adapters cams, gears, hammers, levers, metal inserts, pawls, pinions, pulleys, ratchets, sears, sheaves, spacers, sprockets, triggers, and many other structural products. Phoenix’s capabilities include a press tonnage range of 30 to 825 tons, and Phoenix’s access to outsourcing extends its powder metal capabilities far beyond molding and sintering.
