Check out this door latch design for the latest wood boiler build!! Got it working perfect…now that I have the design figured out, I will add one more catch for the latch and clean it up a bit 🤌

Check out the new tool in the shop!! Swag off road 50” finger brake!! Almost complete needing some hoses for the cylinders and some gussets. Then ready to bend some plate! We will be able to bend 1/4” plate 4’ wide, going speed things up and be a huge game changer for us!!

Hey everyone, here is an update on the latest boiler project. It’s been pressure checked @ about 7 psi for 3 days. Wrapping things up by mounting the door, wiring, insulation and some sheet metal work to get it out the door! Then on to the next one! Hey everyone, another progress update on the little boiler that could…the rear water jacket panel fittings are welded in. (Everything gets welded on both sides). Two - one inch supply lines on bottom and two return lines on top with return pipes inside the water jacket to dump the cool water towards the front of the boiler forcing it to circulate and mix the water more efficiently. One - two inch drain. The offset 3/4” b**g is for the aqua-stat which will monitor water temp and control when the damper opens and fan kicks on etc…

Next is to finish welding up the back panel to seal up the water jacket and pressure test this thing…after testing, onto the finish work! Stay tuned, more to come!

Hey everyone, here is a progress update on the latest customer boiler.

Simple cost effective boiler just to heat a single shop! Coming along nicely…should be air testing in a couple days. Then insulating and sheeting. Will post more pictures as it is completed.

💥Need a lift?! Here is a hoist we made for a customers pole shed.

👉🏻This hoist is custom to fit the 6” posts. 👉🏻Has a 110v winch included wireless remote for those tall ceilings
👉🏻Great for hoisting up a deer or just an extra hand to unload something out of the truck!

Awsome addition to the shed for around 250-300 depending on hoist system used.
