🚧 Project Update: Freezer/Cooler Facility | Connecticut

Progress is moving full speed ahead on our Freezer/Cooler project in Connecticut, with several key milestones coming together.

🔹 Structural steel is on track to be complete by the end of April
🔹 Crews are actively prepping for the underfloor pour, including placement of critical glycol lines
🔹 IMP panel installation is set to begin in early May

Projects like this require tight coordination and precision, especially with the specialized systems that keep these facilities performing at a high level.

Great work by the entire team as we continue pushing forward safely and efficiently.

We recently honored the legacy of Matt Pietila by dedicating our Victory Bell as The Pietila Victory Bell.

Matt was our second employee and a foundational member of BC Construction Group. His integrity, precision, and relentless work ethic set the standard we still strive for today, what we call the “Matt Standard.”

This bell will now serve as a daily reminder of the values Matt lived and the high standard he set for all of us.

A big thank you to Steel Services, Inc. for generously donating their time and materials and expertly cutting the Pietila nameplate that was welded onto the bell. Your craftsmanship and support made this dedication even more meaningful.

Excited to share our latest vlog featuring BC Construction Group's President, Chris Burns, fresh from his visits to two busy jobsites in Texas! Alongside Damon, our VP of Warehouse & Distribution, Vincent, our VP of Project Delivery, and Tom, our Director of Field Operations, Chris dove into meaningful conversations with our dedicated subcontractors and BC team members. From onsite insights to some excellent cooking courtesy of our subs, it was all about building stronger connections and driving our projects forward.

🚧 Project Progress in All Conditions ❄️🌅

Even with a snowy weekend in Arkansas, our Last Mile Facility project continues on schedule and on track. 💪

This stunning sunrise over the snow-covered site captures the beauty and grit of construction life. While nature showed off a bit this weekend, our BCCG team showed up, just as we always do.

We’re proud of the commitment and excellence our crews bring to every job site, no matter the weather.

🚧Project Update

Our warehouse project in Arkansas continues to move steadily forward, with several key milestones underway as we begin the new year.

Permanent power is scheduled to be in place by the end of the month, with transformer installation currently in progress. Early February will see the completion of the demarcation cage, a critical step toward bringing network infrastructure online. Site paving is also advancing, with asphalt work ongoing through this month and into February.

Inside the building, the warehouse office space is actively being built out, and we’re entering the finishing phase with tile installation, cabinetry, awnings, and plumbing fixtures all in progress. In addition, we’re installing an EV charging station in the southeast parking lot, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable infrastructure.

We’re proud of the momentum behind this project and grateful to our teams and partners who are bringing it to life with precision and dedication.
