We've had a busy few days at Barnum this week, as employees from Barnum locations across the country came to our Brighton headquarters to participate in our annual golf outing and join our two-day sales meetings and training. These events were tons of fun and employees enjoyed amazing food, informational presentations and a beautiful golf course. Our golf outing raised over $5,500 for our non-profit organization Barnum cares, and several employees went home with raffle baskets and other prizes. We wanted to give a huge thank you to everyone who participated and made these events such a success, we are already excited for next year!

We wanted to give a huge shoutout to Mark Wealch for checking in over 5,000 receiving items in the month of August! Mark has been with H.H. Barnum for over 30 years, and his hard work and dedication has led to him completing this long-time goal. Congratulations Mark, and thank you for your continued service to our company!

The 9th annual H.H. Barnum company picnic was held on July 18th. It was a great day filled with food, family, and fun. Congrats to our obstacle course champion, Jack Sargeant, and thanks to everyone who participated and made this a special day!

National Robotics Week 2024 takes place April 6th-13th and its mission is to inspire students to pursue careers in robotics and STEM-related fields. Recently, Barnum invited the Novi Catholic Central Robotics Team to visit our Brighton, MI HQ campus for an in-depth walkthrough of our facilities and operations. Students were able to interact with a number of product demonstrations and learned the fundamentals of basic electricity, field wiring, and inductive sensors, and tour our Automation Trailer. The newest H.H. Barnum office and warehouse location has officially opened this week in Greenville, South Carolina! We are thrilled to be bringing Barnum's unique culture, massive on-hand inventory, and expert technical support and customer service down South.

Over the past year Barnum has regularly donated goods to a local food pantry, Bountiful Harvest. This has allowed us to reduce our food waste while helping to support local families in need. Most recently, Barnum donated several trays of food from our winter sales meeting which provided hot meals to 250 elderly, veterans, and struggling people in our community. In addition, Bountiful Harvest saved thousands on hot food service costs in 2023 compared to 2022 and attribute that in part to Barnum's frequent donations.
