Jessica Szczepanski has officially joined the I3 team full-time as a Civil Engineer after interning with us last summer and graduating this May with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. 🎓

⛳ We recently had the opportunity to sponsor the 27th Annual Glenville State University Department of Land Resources Golf Tournament.

Each year, the tournament helps raise funds to support the Natural Resource Management Program. With multiple GSU alumni on the I3 team, we’re always grateful for opportunities to give back to a program that has helped shape so many careers.

We had a great time reconnecting with the Glenville community, supporting the next generation of industry professionals, and spending a day on the course together. 🤝

From processing data in the office to integrating usable outputs into CAD, the session covered real-world applications and shared practical tips to improve speed, accuracy, and overall efficiency.

Last Thursday, we came together for an in-house Lunch & Learn focused on strengthening field awareness and cross-team alignment. 🤝💡

Our Cathodic Protection team shared their expertise with our Survey Department, highlighting common CP equipment and features survey crews may encounter on the Right of Way.

Led by Jaimmie Meeks, Sr. Technical Specialist, the session covered:
🔹 Mounting types for rectifiers, AC decouplers, and test stations
🔹 Which units can safely be used to locate underground lines
🔹 General guidelines for locating frequencies in the field
🔹 How to capture uniform feature descriptions across projects
