Hello everyone!

The past few months have been quite active here at Innovative, and we are continually thankful to both our new and returning clients for their continued support.

Here is a recent project we completed in Waxahachie. This involved a 25x30x12 building/15x30 front gable extension, along with a driveway extending to pad of 118 feet. We constructed a 10x10 opening for a garage-style door, as well as two 3x3 windows and one personnel door. Additional gutters were also installed, totaling eight downspouts. As always, all of our steel was supplied by the team JAG Metals LLC

The color scheme features Timber Tan sheets and Cocoa Brown trim.

We successfully renovated this single-slope carport, transforming it into a gable roof structure with a refined and contemporary design. The 20' x 20' x 10' carport now features a 6:12 pitch to complement the existing garage, and we're pleased with the outcome. The addition of covered back wall enhances vehicle protection from the elements. Project complete. A 40' x 40' x 14' metal building was recently erected in Springtown. This project included a concrete slab, two 12' x 12' insulated sectional doors, and a single personnel access door. The structure features 14' sidewalls with white PBR panels, and a black roof and trim package; all steel components were supplied by JAG Metals LLC. We recently completed construction of a 30' x 40' residential structure in Weatherford,TX. featuring a revised color palette. This project included a 1200 sq. ft. slab with completed plumbing and electrical rough-in, 12' walls, two 10' x 10' roll-up doors, and two personnel doors. The building boasts Colony Green wall panels with Light Stone trim and a Galvalume roof. All steel was supplied by our valued friends JAG Metals LLC.
