Our clients often comment on the impressive scale of our operations, noting that our company far exceeds their initial expectations. As a full-service reciprocating aircraft engine machine shop and overhaul facility with 20+ personnel we require substantial space to deliver our comprehensive range of services, from aircraft engine crankcases to internal steel inspection and repair, and engine overhauls. With the upcoming completion of our new office space and climate-controlled warehouse, we will have five distinct facilities: one office/warehouse, one for crankcase and non-ferrous parts repair, one for internal steel parts repair, a cleaning shop, and a shop dedicated to heat treating, engine assembly, and dyno runs. We thank our valued customers for their continued support and welcome new clients, appreciative of the opportunity to cater to your engine and machine shop requirements.

In my role as CEO of Airworx, I'm committed to enhancing productivity and quality. Crankcase repairs have been a high-demand process with lengthy lead times for both our organization and competitors. By transitioning to chemical stripping and CNC machining, we've significantly reduced processing times for case stripping and machining. Nonetheless, NDT has become a constraint. Our new custom NDT system will boost our daily inspection capacity to 10 cases, up from 2. We're excited about the potential for improved lead times.

Always something a little different. This is a corvair crankshaft that was brought in for an experimental engine. We did an ID bore and internal thread and then gas nitrided it. Our gas nitride leaves very little white layer which gives us a higher quality super polish at end.
