Not every production challenge requires a full replacement.

Sometimes, the smarter move is upgrading what is already on the floor.

At DCC Automation, we do more than manufacture new equipment. We also support retrofits and upgrades that help extend equipment life, improve performance, and keep production moving with less disruption.

What happens on the floor doesn’t stay on the floor.

It gets built.
It gets tested.
It gets shipped.

Curves matter, not just here in the shop, but in your facility too. The right conveyor layout helps keep product moving smoothly, supports better line flow, and makes the difference between equipment that simply fits and equipment that actually works for the application.

Conveyors may look simple when they are finished, but the work behind them is in the details.

Custom Engineering.

The product has to move cleanly from one section to the next, with the right spacing, guidance, curves, and control before it reaches the next machine.

The curves matter because every plant layout is different. A conveyor system has to move product smoothly while fitting the customer’s space, equipment, and production needs.

The goal is not to make the system more complicated. It is to make the equipment fit the plant, the product, and the people working with it every day.

There is an art to curving metal.

It takes patience, control, experience, and a clear understanding of how each piece needs to fit into the larger system. Every bend, curve, and formed section has a purpose. Helping support cleaner movement, better layout, stronger access, and long-term reliability once the equipment reaches the plant floor.

Built with care. Shaped with purpose.

Friday on the floor.

From the box conveyor through the brake belt, gap belt, merge section into the roller conveyor with V-belt for box correction , each section has a job to do.

The result? Boxes moving in a clean, controlled line. Spaced, organized, and ready for the palletizer.

No two plants are exactly the same, and the right solution should never be forced into place.

Product flow, layout, access, sanitation needs, operator interaction, and long-term service all matter when designing equipment that has to perform in the real world.

That is why strong custom engineering starts with better questions, not assumptions.

Built around the way your line actually runs.

Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work, an annual awareness campaign focused on preventing occupational accidents and diseases around the world.

For us, it is a reminder that safety starts before the work begins, during and after.

It shows up in the everyday habits that help protect people on the job:
The right tools. A clear workspace. Awareness around equipment. Good communication. Taking the extra minute to check the setup, ask a question, or speak up.

Creating a strong safety and health culture takes all of us.
