While I'm still new to the OSR position, I think it's imperative to share something with you all. If you're in sales, your job is to build relationships with customers and clientele, but don't forget to build relationships with the people that are backing you up! Whether that's your techs, mechanics, your parts and service departments, dispatchers, credit or otherwise, take time to build those relationships too! They are the foundation which you stand on and they can help make you or break you.

Yesterday I spent 3 hours out in the yard helping my service techs work on a piece of equipment that was going out the next morning for one of my customers. It was later in the afternoon and my thought process was if they have to be out there in this summer heat because of me, I can be out there helping them! Doing things like that help set you apart from everyone else. Always challenge yourself to be better!

I am so excited to announce that I started a new job at Brandywine Rentals out of Brandywine, MD. We are in an expansion mode with a 2nd location soon coming to the Fredericksburg, VA area so if you have a business, big or small, in the Virginia or Maryland area, give me a shout for your rental needs!
