🚧 Flood reduction improvements at Clark Creek near Holly Bush Road.

This area had a history of flooding that impacted the road and nearby properties.

Benchmark focused on improving about half a mile of the creek by making targeted upgrades in the areas that needed it most. Instead of reshaping the entire creek, work was limited to specific sections to protect the natural environment. The restoration included 3,000 linear feet (LF) of channel improvements!

Good engineering solutions don’t just fix problems—they plan ahead. By combining proven engineering methods with natural approaches, this project helps reduce flood risk today while creating a more resilient creek for the future.

At Brandon City Hall Live, our team helped transform a former grocery store into a fully functional music venue. By designing custom steel trusses, we successfully redistributed structural loads and eliminated two interior columns that obstructed views of the stage—creating a clear sightline for every performance.
