We are a family-owned job shop located in Brainerd Industrial Park. We specialize in piece parts for the packaging industry. We are looking for a punctual self-motivated hard-working CNC machinist who understands the machining process start to finish, including setups and programming for CNC milling and turning centers

Our company is seeking an experienced and skilled CNC programmer who is motivated to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed programs that ensure maximum machine efficiency, and will need to be able to interpret and understand blueprints. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and the chance to work in a fun and exciting environment. Prefer someone with 2 year degree in Machine Tool Technology and 3 years of CNC programming/machining experience. Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Make programming changes to improve quality and productivity.
Direct the setup of machines.
Create programs with Hurco mill and Okuma Lathe controls.
Design, test, and program piece parts on CNC machines.
Create and execute cutting strategies for CNC machines.
Manual machining
Perform other duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
