Check out the following video of our DMU 50 five-axis milling machine in action. One of our engineers recently came up with a program and sequence for this operation to create hole lengths that are 40x the diameter of the drill. The part shown below is a fluid manifold made of P20 pre-hardened tool steel. This new sequence has reduced cycle times and is a very repeatable process for production.

Watch our new video for an up-close look at our injection molding capabilities. For over two decades, we've excelled at automating the molding process for sticky, soft or difficult-to-handle materials — including this material, a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resin with a durometer of 45.

We can mold a variety of engineering thermoplastics and elastomers, including polycarbonate (PC), nylons, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and many more. We also run our electric molding machines with integrated parts handling robots, enabling us to increase our production rates and maximize efficiency.
