It was an absolute pleasure working on this 100 year old house with our good friend Jeff Burns. We had to replace a wooden beam with a steel beam resting on some steel columns in order to ensure that this house lives for another 100 years trouble free. We also added a new wooden beam reinforced with steel sitting on a few more steel columns. This house is the second 100 year old or more home that we got the pleasure of installing steel beams in the Delray Historic District this year.

It’s been a long time coming but we would like to officially welcome Shawn Parrish to the crew. He is technically our oldest employee but he would always get to the job after his day job and work till the sun would go down or on the weekends. But now he is our newest team member.
