We’re a busy aluminum welding and fabrication shop specializing in custom spiral staircases, gates, fences, and ornamental metalwork. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable metal fabricator/welder to join our team full-time.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Fabricate and weld custom aluminum gates, fences, and decorative pieces
• Grind, finish, and sand welds to a high standard
• Interpret basic shop drawings and work with minimal supervision
• Work with a small, tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment
✅ Requirements:
• Must have experience in aluminum welding (TIG & MIG)
• Skilled in cutting, grinding, finishing, and sanding
• Ability to fabricate from scratch using shop drawings or sketches
• Must take pride in your craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
💵 Pay:
• $30/hour to start – Higher pay available for experienced pros
📅 Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Full-time, stable work
