The Office Manager will be responsible for the administrative and organizational management of general front and back-office operations and procedures and to provide support to team members, customers, and suppliers.

Responsibilities will include customer Service, invoicing (receivables and payables), management of timecards, and account reconciliations. Must be proficient in QuickBooks, organized and detail oriented.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, will be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and will enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a manufacturing organization. This role requires the ability to function effectively in a variety of roles within a dynamic environment under minimum supervision.
