When your buddy hits you up and says “I need a shop dude”

Us “say less”

We turned this over grown unusable fence row and chicken tree eye soar into something to be proud of.

Thank you and congratulations to Nicolas Bell on his awesome 40x40x16 shop,

Check out those huge 14x14 roll up doors.

Can’t forget about the 6 inch thick 3500 psi slab to hold up to whatever he wants to put on top of it.

Yall check out this awesome building we did this past week for Tudor Inc.

34x40x14’8 single slope storage facility!
Start off the framing with 4x4 .25 wall post, laid some w10x22 I beams on them to make sure this building can handle all the elements. 6 inch purlins for the roof framing, 2x4 c purlins in the wall. And you can bet they are all welded out, because screws belong in the tin not the bones of your building!
R10 fiberglass insulation and
Exhaust fans and PTAC a/c units frame out installed as well.

Waiting on final inspection to close up the interior walls and hang the 16x10 roll up door.

You may have thought we took off the month of August.

We indeed did not. We were called in to DELAK logistics in Memphis TN, to install a new fire water suppression system. While the building doesn’t seem very big, it was a not a fun or easy job. 100+ degree heat all day, busting out 8-10 inch thick concrete slab, 70 pipe supports, concrete company bringing a bad batch of concrete after we busted out the pre-existing slab. All in all we pushed through and got the job done. But this is what we do. We adapt and overcome and make it happen. Couldn’t have done it without an amazing hard working crew.

We don’t normally start a commercial project on a Friday, but when we do we make it happen💪🏼.

6 - .25 wall 4x4 post set and cut
3 - W10x22 I-beams cut to perfection and welded in, along with some c-purlins.
We even managed to get some floor plates anchored down.

All in days work.
