Our founder, Casey Putsch is running for Governor of Ohio. Genius Garage has no political affiliations and remains completely neutral. Please only use Genius Garage communication methods for Genius Garage related items only.

We appreciate your support of our educational program and our students. We wish everyone Happy Holidays and New Year.

2025 has been the first season in 11 years without a full program. Our founder has given over a decade to helping students to the detriment of his own career with no support from any city, state, or government. Our volunteers and board members are not paid as well and just raising enough capital to give students this opportunity at no charge is incredibly difficult.

Genius Garage is NOT stopping though.

In 2025, our founder is still mentoring and helping individual students and is working with Genius Garage board members to create lasting support for the program. We cannot ask him or any other board member or volunteer to damage their own lives to help students, so we are all practicing patience and determination in this challenging time. This isn’t easy.

Most recently Genius Garage has helped connect one student with what will be a dream job in motorsports engineering and wrenching, with another landing a high level engineering job at Lockheed Martin.

We care and even if the entire world does not, we will continue to help fine young Americans of all backgrounds grow and add to a better tomorrow.

Lives are changed and careers are kick-started as future leaders are cultivated in these 6 month programs run by the 501(c)3 public educational charity. Genius Garage mentors and leaders believe so strongly in the concept’s potential that they have worked uncompensated and no student has ever been charged to be part of these programs. The Genius Garage formula has worked since its inception and is both scalable and repeatable. Genius Garage is growing fast and is actively working to form collaborations and relationships to see the concept reach its full potential.
