💧 WET BATHROOM WALLS AFTER A SHOWER? 🚿

Even with the exhaust fan running, excessive moisture on bathroom walls could indicate a ventilation problem!

We recently evaluated a bathroom with a 50 CFM exhaust fan that struggled to remove moisture during hot showers.

🔧 A few things to consider:

✅ Fan Size – Is your exhaust fan sized properly for the space?

✅ Ductwork – Undersized or restrictive ductwork can significantly reduce airflow, even with a larger fan.

✅ Makeup Air – Proper airflow into the bathroom is just as important as exhausting humid air.

✅ Run Time – Keep the fan running for 20–30 minutes after showering.

💡 The SKY Engineering Takeaway: Bigger isn’t always better! Proper fan sizing, duct design, and airflow are all essential for effective ventilation.

🎉 Congratulations, Preston! 🎉

SKY Engineering is proud to congratulate Preston French on being selected for the Leadership Owensboro Class of 2027!

Preston joins a class of 37 leaders from businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, schools, and organizations throughout the Greater Owensboro community. This year also marks the 45th year of Leadership Owensboro, one of the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce’s longstanding leadership development programs.

Over the coming months, Preston and his fellow class members will get a behind-the-scenes look at the people, organizations, and issues shaping our region. Sessions will cover everything from economic development and education to healthcare, local government, community services, arts and culture, and philanthropy.

At SKY Engineering, we believe strong communities are built by people who are willing to get involved, keep learning, and invest their time in making their communities better.

It’s always exciting to see one of our designs come to life — and even better when it’s for a repeat customer!

Construction is moving right along at Cedar Point Apartments on Nashville Road in Bowling Green, and SKY Engineering is proud to be part of another great local development.

Our team provided the complete Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) design, along with the site lighting design for the apartment complex.

September 11, 2001 — We Will Never Forget 🇺🇸

Twenty-five years later, we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and the countless families whose lives were forever changed.

We honor the firefighters, police officers, first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who demonstrated extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

September 11th reminds us not only of what our nation lost, but also of the strength, unity, compassion, and resilience Americans showed in the days that followed.

May we continue to remember those we lost, honor those who answered the call, and never take for granted the freedoms we share.

25 years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

A Night to Remember! ⚾️🎆

What a wonderful evening spent together with our company and families at the local ballpark! ❤️

We enjoyed a great meal, some exciting baseball, and ended the night with an incredible fireworks show.

But more than anything, we’re grateful for the opportunity to slow down, spend time together, and celebrate the people who make our company what it is.

We believe that family, fellowship, and making memories together are some of life’s greatest blessings.

We’re thankful for our team and the families who support them every day. Nights like this remind us that a company is more than just the work; it’s the people we work with.

🏗️ SKY Engineering | Nashville Display Expansion – Lebanon, TN

SKY Engineering is proud to be working with Nashville Display in Lebanon, TN, providing MEP design services for their continued expansion and growth.

The project includes a 100,000 SF facility expansion, along with a new powder coating expansion to support Nashville Display’s manufacturing operations and future needs.

Our team has been on site working through the project and coordinating the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required to support this significant addition to the facility.

We’re proud to play a role in another major Tennessee manufacturing project and to help our clients turn their vision into a functional, efficient facility.
