This morning we have a Caterpillar cylinder we just finished up. This one was in really bad condition. We machined a new head, rod, barrel and piston. With those new parts and all new seals, it's ready to go back to work!

This was a fun project. Our good friend Paul Browder brought us this wore out steering assist cylinder for his 72 Scout. It had no piston seal, a bent rod and bent rod ends. We replaced all of the seals, machined a new induction hardened chrome plated rod and replaced the rod ends with larger versions. He is back to steering those 40 inch tires in the right direction!

Good Monday morning! Today we have two Hitachi HPV145H piston pumps rebuilt, tested and ready to get back to work. Everyone have a great week!
