we did some audio and upholstery work in. We designed a radio bezel in order to house a Sony touch screen radio, built kick panels to hold a pair of Morel carbon nanos, two amplifiers under the front two seats, 4 6x9" Rockfords and a 10" shallow sub woofer in the rear cargo area. Used a set of door panels from Cato's Custom Upholstery wrapped to match the seats that we

Client with a open trail asked if we could help come up with a for his silverware plates glasses and cookware. Yes we can, from a visual layout with the client to a 3d visual proof of concept, then to the real thing.
We felt the deep drawers were too much to just hold silverware so we added a second access drawer within the main drawer. and cut 2 removable trays to hold from what it looks like all the flavors that Red Spice Co sells. Added individual cubby holes to hold glasses mugs coffee grinder and so on. Also incorporated a peg system in the pots and pan drawer that is modular so if he decides to change it up it's an easy task.

Captured the contour shape of each knife and piece of silverware in order to proceed to the 3D phase of the build

Rendered the project in Autodesk Fusion in order to show the client what the drawer insert will look like

Created a modular peg system that is interchangeable for different configurations

My view from work yesterday one of the services that we offer is catering to car collectors of and cars where we travel on location to perform audio, electrical, or upholstery related tasks. When a ask if you can create a for his off site work crew using tools and a Milwaukee case the answer is we start by using our Peel 3D scanner to capture all the tools we plan to incorporate into the case. We then measure each layer of foam and using Autodesk Fusion software we position the tools where we want them to go. Once that part is finalized we proceed to cut the foam out. No tools left behind some say it's overboard we call it precision

system that we built for a a few years back for JL audio and Morel gear we used a laser pointer to aim the front tweeters in the direction we wanted to project the sound then build tweeter pods to hold them. We installed a few amplifiers along with a tweak and a fix module to correct and sum the factory audio signal. We built aluminium amp mounts that go under the two front seats, built speaker mounts for the morel elate components we incorporate a ledge on the back of the baffles for the door speakers in order to help divert any possible water away from the speakers. We also build an amp rack in the trunk to house crossovers amp battery and fuse holders
