This gorgeous interior fireplace by Pyramid Masonry is a true showpiece! They used Cottonwood Thin Veneer, sawn for tighter, cleaner joints that give the stonework a refined look. The honed New Mexico Buff sandstone on the hearth and door frame adds a smooth, elegant finish that perfectly complements the texture of the veneer. A beautiful blend of materials and textures.

Throwing it back to this awesome firepit we built for a few years ago from one massive buff slab! This project was no small feat—they had to use a crane to hoist the stone over the house and into place. The result? A clean, solid centerpiece that proves how one great stone can completely transform a space. Still one of our favorite bold, beautiful builds!
