CDM Constructors Inc.'s (CCI) Intern Summit brought together interns from across the company for a memorable experience filled with networking, professional development and friendly competition.
The summit kicked off with a dinner, followed by a panel shop tour and an address from Frank Terrasi that offered insights into CCI's business, culture and future. Interns then put their technical skills to the test during a hands-on Surge Protection Assembly Competition, gaining firsthand exposure to the equipment and expertise behind critical infrastructure projects.
The learning continued with a Marshmallow Challenge, where teams combined creativity, communication and problem-solving to build the tallest freestanding structure capable of supporting a marshmallow. The event wrapped up with a golf team-building experience and dinner, creating opportunities to strengthen relationships and celebrate a successful summit.
Throughout the week, interns gained a behind-the-scenes look at the innovative infrastructure solutions our teams deliver every day while exploring the meaningful, hands-on work that makes a career in construction and engineering so rewarding.
