When someone treats you badly, do not be quick to assume that you are the problem.💡
The way people treat others often reflects what is happening within them. Their actions reveal their character, their unresolved issues, and the choices they make. Your worth is not diminished by someone else's inability to act with kindness and respect.
Healthy people do not find satisfaction in hurting others.
They do not tear people down to feel better about themselves. They do not create pain for those who have done them no wrong. People who consistently harm others are often struggling with issues they have not addressed.
That does not excuse their behavior, but it does provide perspective.
You do not need to carry the weight of someone else's negativity. You do not need to question your value because another person chose to act in a hurtful way.
Protect your peace and remember who you are.
The actions of others reveal their character, not your worth.
“If someone treats you badly, just remember that there's something wrong with them, not you.
Normal people don't go around destroying others.”
