Being an Employee Owner is taking pride and ownership of how customers and the public see you. Taking small steps like cleaning signs and straightening up the “extra” can go a long way in how customers perceive us. McElroy Metal is a wonderful corporate owner and as a Metal Mart manager I stay motivated to keep both names in high regard and my customers and vendors coming back.
I am always trying to make sure we keep people coming back with good knowledge of all of our products and excellent customer service.
We are working the next few days to re-rock our lot to be able to fit more materials to better serve!! I can’t wait to show you!!
