Jambalaya for lunch for the Frank’s Firewood crew. Frank made it this morning at 4 AM and Jolene brought it at noon. It was a real hit with the real good employees. We even played Zydeco music for a while

If you're thinking about going electric, here are some energy statistics for you based on my 3040 Multitek that I converted from diesel to electric a few months ago. 45kw/h vs 3.5gallons diesel/hour. No one could give me that number when I was considering switching to electric, so I thought I'd throw it out there to whoever it might benefit.

We've gone ELECTRIC! We were unable to sustain our business with the constant breakdown of the John Deere tier 4 engine. TWO engine destructions $20,000 each, although the first was under warranty. Then, Example- picture one: the censor failure that tells the turbo how much air it needs. - $2,700.plus labor for diagnosis and replacement. Picture 2- the whole ELECTRIC MOTOR DELIVERED FOR $3,700.

After applying for three phase electricity from PG and E one year ago, we are finally getting it! No more dealing with the John Deere tier 4 engine. Now installing an electric motor in our processor.
