🔧 MONDAY TIP: Before the next load, check the frame.

Before putting another heavy load on a flatbed or work trailer, look closely at the areas carrying the most stress.

Check the crossmembers, frame rails, tie-down points, deck supports and surrounding welds. Watch for fresh cracks, spreading rust lines around welds, bent steel, loose components or areas beginning to sag.

A damaged securement point or cracked structural component shouldn’t be trusted with one more heavy haul. Catching the damage while the trailer is parked gives you the chance to repair it before it costs you a load—or an entire workday.
