H. C. Davis continuous paddle mixers are designed for reliable, versatile mixing across a wide range of industrial applications. These single-shaft mixers can handle dry solids with dry solids, dry solids with liquids, and wet slurries with powders.

Typical applications include:
Fly ash and water
Minerals
Biosolids slurry
Livestock feed with molasses
Detergent
Grass seed

The adjustable forward and reverse paddles, along with an adjustable discharge gate, allow operators to control material depth and retention time. When combined with a variable frequency drive, the mixer provides precise process control for changing production requirements.
