We’re excited to officially be part of the Chamber and to serve Bolivar and Southwest Missouri with drone-assisted inspections, thermal imaging, mapping, and aerial data services. 📍

We’re still getting established, and we appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and encouragement as we grow.

Ha Ha Tonka always looks good from the air. The lake, the hills, and the castle ruins all come together in one view.

Boundary overlay example from Bolivar, MO.

Public GIS mapping initially suggested the parcel extended beyond the fence line.
After further record review, the deed description appears to align with the fence line at about 594 ft.

Takeaway: GIS parcel overlays are useful reference tools, but they are not a substitute for a licensed survey or formal deed review.

Note: Original deliverables are much higher resolution than Facebook allows.
