A group of STRATA employees went to the WTS Southwest Idaho Awards Gala, and it was such a fun night! The event celebrated the 2025 award and scholarship winners and even included a pirate-themed costume contest.

A lot of amazing people and organizations were recognized, including Member of the Year (Rachel Chipman, ACHD), Woman of the Year (Debbie Kling), Employer of the Year (Ada County Highway District), the Honorable Ray LaHood Award (Matt Degen, ACHD), the Innovative Transportation Solutions Award (Karissa Nelson for LHTAC’s Buckhorn Bridge), and the Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award (Hailee Lenhart-Wees, Valley Regional Transit).

STRATA was proud to sponsor the Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award, and STRATA's Maria Tangarife presented it to Hailee Lenhart-Wees of Valley Regional Transit.
