About Us
Control Engineers was established in 2000 to provide electrical engineering, control system engineering, system integration, programming, and turnkey construction support to the water/wastewater, industrial, food processing, and semiconductor industries.
Control Engineers has developed specific expertise in programming, integrating, and designing electrical systems for Kubota MBR (membrane bioreactor) filtration systems. This has enables us to perform critical functions in the construction, commissioning, and startup of water treatment facilities across the U.S. and in Hawaii.
Staff affiliations with Instrumentation, Systems, and Automation Society; Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers; National Fire Protection Association.
Services We Provide
• Full system and facility design, including power distribution, controls, instrumentation, P&IDs for wastewater, water, industrial and food processing applications.
• PLC, RTU and DCS programming, design and troubleshooting for a wide variety of PLCs including Allen Bradley, Modicon, Siemens, Opto22, Fisher Provox and DeltaV.
• Control system and SCADA system design, configuration, troubleshooting and installation including Intellution, Wonderware, RSView, Opto22, as well as several DCS systems.
• Telemetry system design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting employing spread spectrum or fixed frequency radio, fiberoptic and landline media.
• Control Panel design and UL508A fabrication.
