Just moved into this garage gym setup, and since it’s only temporary until the new house is finished, investing in a mini split didn’t make a whole lot of sense right now.
That’s where these Patterson BLUE fans have been a game changer. Patterson Fan Co.
You can find them on my Amazon store front on the front of my website on: www.lukesgaragegym.com
I’ve been using both the 20” and 28”, but for my standard two-car garage, the 28” is the one I’d recommend to most home gym owners. It moves a ton of air, helps circulate hot air out of stagnant areas, and keeps air moving throughout the entire gym instead of just blowing directly on you.
A lot of people think fans are only about feeling cooler, but good airflow does a lot more than that. Better air circulation helps prevent the gym from feeling stuffy, helps dry sweat faster, improves comfort during longer workouts, and makes those hot summer training sessions much more manageable.
The 20” is a solid option for smaller spaces or targeted airflow, but if you have a typical one-car or two-car garage gym, I think the 28” is the sweet spot.
For me, it was the perfect solution while I wait for the new garage gym build. No expensive HVAC install, no permanent modifications, just plug it in and immediately improve the training environment.
Check them out on Amazon or directly through Patterson if you’re looking for a simple way to make your garage gym more comfortable this summer.
