We just doubled our customer’s warehouse floor space, without adding a single square foot to the building. Build up!

This 9,000 sq/ft freestanding mezzanine is fully integrated with pallet racking, maximizing storage both above and below. Every inch put to work, exactly how it should be.

Designing it from the ground up and piecing together all the components to make it come to life was an absolute blast. Projects like this are why we love what we do.

23 days. Thousands of components. One massive warehouse transformation.

Our team just wrapped up a 40’ tall pallet racking installation in West Jordan, Utah—and the scale of this project speaks for itself.

🔹 72 of the bays have 20 beam levels.
🔹 40,000+ lbs capacity per bay
🔹 Fully engineered for Utah’s seismic zone & permitted

The numbers behind the build:
• 600 uprights installed
• 12,500 beams
• 12,500 wire decks placed
• 5,000+ feet of turret guide rails
• Completed in just 23 days

From engineering and permitting to the final bolt, this project is built for strength, safety, and serious storage capacity. Huge credit to our crew that made this happen. When you’re working 40 feet in the air, precision and teamwork matter.
