Our employee spotlights continue! We recently spotlighted Luke Dale, Project Architect in our Philadelphia office. Luke became an architect because he was intrigued by the world of building and how it all came together, and he knew he wanted to be involved in that process.

Our architecture department leadership team shared, “Luke always brings curiosity to learn more about his project work and architecture in general. Often seen at the desks of those on his project team, his hands-on mentoring style helps train those with less experience so that everyone can do their best work. He repeatedly gets involved in supporting initiatives that help our group improve and always offers thoughtful opinions and solutions to both project and operational challenges."

Our New England team has moved!

Our Director of New England Operations, Scott Scheibner shared, “After outgrowing our previous space, we’re excited to open our new office which allows us to better serve our fantastic local clients and provide more room for our growing team. Congratulations to Joseph Aroush for passing his FE exam and to Kristin Ionata for passing the Professional Architecture exam and receiving her license for the state of Pennsylvania!! We asked her what this achievement means to her, and here is what she had to share:

"I completed exams and got registered in PA in November ’22. Between the few years I spent getting through exams (with a break during covid shutdown), plus time spent on my graduate and undergraduate degrees, it’s a huge relief to say my test-taking days are likely behind me! I’m very happy to now have the credentials fitting to my experience, to provide that assurance to my coworkers and clients. Going through the licensure process was also a great learning experience – I found that it helped me identify some of the most significant learning moments to grab onto throughout the span of a project. I’m looking forward to continuing to grow as an architect at Genesis and work with others who are going through licensure."
