Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled John Deer Tractor/Batwing Mower Operators to join our team. As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for mowing DOT Right of Ways and operating and maintaining tractors/mowers. EXPERIENCE IS A MUST OPERATING A JOHN DEER TRACTOR WITH 15 FT BATWING MOWER ATTACHMENT AND POSSESS STRONG MECHANICAL SKILLS.
Responsibilities:
- Operate tractors/ batwing mowers and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform tasks such as mowing Right of Way for DOT Jobs
- Maintain and repair equipment as needed
- Ensure proper maintenance of fields and grounds
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience operating JD tractors with 15ft Batwing attachments is required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills
