was established in September 1965 under the name Pre-Designed Structures, as a construction steel supplier and general construction company. Its founder, Guy Jodice, was an earlier adopter of technology. He saw the opportunity to serve its industrial and commercial customers by offering construction solutions through the developing pre-engineered building products market. PDS serves its clients in

the role of General Contractor, Design/Build Contractor, Construction Manager or Project Consultant. PDS is one of the few general contractors in the area that can comfortably perform in both the Design/Build and Bid/Build markets. Its ability to move between these two markets allows PDS to bring the sophistication and capabilities of a large project GC to its small business customers.
