This trucking company needed their old Hotsy unit replaced, so we retrofitted a new one right into their existing utility room setup. Used the same exterior wall pe*******on but ran all new venting and high pressure piping to make sure they're getting proper water volume and PSI at the wash bay on the other side of the wall. Sometimes the plumbing is half the job when you want equipment that actually cleans right. Call us: (763) 786-5525 https://zurl.co/PukoK

Large equipment storage bay needed a separate washing area, so we fabricated and welded custom supports that mount to the existing beams. This Goff curtain system gives them the proper height clearance and creates a contained wash zone away from their other equipment. Sometimes the best solution requires building exactly what the space needs. Call us: (763) 786-5525 https://zurl.co/uglgx

Another drop for our large utility company install. This one has a wall mount hose reel with a floor mount wand holder, its own soap injector system with a small tank for faster detergent delivery, and a remote control mounted right next to the reel. Downstream soap application is key when you're washing fleet vehicles all day! Having everything within reach makes the job move faster. Call us: (763) 786-5525 https://zurl.co/xkCKo

This 8-gallon-a-minute unit went in at a waste company up north with a rooftop vent system and 165-gallon soap tank setup. The tank stand and monitoring system come at no extra charge, so they get 24/7 tracking on their soap levels while washing trucks and cans. Simple setup that keeps their fleet moving. Custom install in eastern Minnesota called for some creative problem-solving. This machine needed to go up high on the sidewall with a special vent setup, exactly where the customer wanted it. The hose reel sits right by the door so employees can wash equipment inside or outside, and we put the remote control right there too for easy operation. Rental company's wash bay stays busy every day with their mixed fleet coming through. Replaced their old unit with a higher volume Hotsy that uses some existing vent work but adds a pivot hose reel with downstream soap and foaming system. The foam wand gives them better detergent application for everything from small equipment to heavy machinery. Call us: (763) 786-5525 https://zurl.co/qsapt

Utility company needed a custom wash system for their new 50-foot ceiling facility. Installed two machines with five hose reel drops throughout multiple wash bays so they can handle different vehicle types in different locations. High pressure piping, custom layout, coordinating with general contractors and mechanical teams to get the specs right from the blueprints. Call us: (763) 786-5525 https://zurl.co/Jxdnd
