Off the shelf items still shipping out fairly quickly/daily. We are getting our equipment (pick and place, and CNC) back up and operational, should be ready tomorrow! Then we will ramp up production of our items we create here (any circuit board items, cases, ecus) but with the holidays coming up there will be a few days off for that...but other than that... lookout 2026 were coming out swinging!💪🙏💯

●Fixed equipment (production pick and place)✅️
●New sources on some parts to build things due to extreme tariffs (chips, pcb's,etc)✅️
●More production & order processing support staff✅️
●More dedicated time for ECU work/repair, to hopefully cut down our still existing queue and shorten wait time for new orders.✅️
●We have increased shipping days from normal 3 times a week to every day for off the shelf items( there's some orders that go out same day if it's before mail pickup comes and its a off the shelf item). ✅️
●Will be working on restoring our previous level of product support(website, email, socials) as staff time allows and increases.

Dear Valued Customers,

We would like to provide you with an important update regarding the status of your orders. First and foremost, we want to thank you again for your incredible patience and support during this challenging time. As many of you are aware, we have been facing delays due to multiple reasons, including the passing of a family/staff member, a month-long absence for hospital care, and disruptions in our supply chain for essential parts.

We are pleased to share that we have made considerable progress in catching up on a significant number of orders. However, some orders are still in the queue, and we are working tirelessly to get them out as soon as possible. Our team has been putting in extra hours, including weekends and our normal time off, to make sure every order is fulfilled with the highest level of quality that you have come to expect from us.

As a small business that takes pride in hand-assembling every product in-house here in Washington, we want to reiterate that we do not outsource our work overseas. This commitment to quality sometimes means that things take a bit longer, but we believe it's worth it to deliver products with an extremely low defect and warranty rate. Unfortunately, this also meant that with reduced staff, some assemblies were delayed, especially when parts were not readily available.

We are happy to report that we now have more help on board, and we are making great strides to get everything back on track. Your continued patience and understanding have been invaluable, and we are grateful to have such supportive customers.
