Are you looking for a part-time opportunity with your afternoons free? Join our team as a Delivery Driver!

**Position:** Delivery Driver
**Type:** Part-time
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
**Pay Range:** $20.00-23.00

**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parts to customers.
- Load and unload parts as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries within the local area.

**Requirements:**
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to safely operate delivery vehicles.
- Ability to lift and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:
• Operating equipment in a 100% safe manner
• Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings
• 1 year minimum TIG welding experience necessary
• Weld according to appropriate codes and symbols
• Must be capable of a good weld bead
• Post-weld cleanup and quality control
• Grind and finish 32RA and dairy-quality finishes.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Blueprint reading and knowledge of materials
• Must have own tools
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs at times

Aerofab Inc. is seeking a Design Drafter to add to our CAD team. We are NOT a production shop, so you will have the opportunity to work on a large variety of various parts and projects. Newly graduated students that have completed mechanical drafting or Solidworks courses are encouraged to apply!

We work with all types of structural and sheet metal fabrication from mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to various other alloys using industry standards. As a drafter you will work independently and with others to format customer drawings and specifications and turn them into internal documentation using Solidworks and Autocad.

Key Responsibilities
• Utilizes CAD system to perform applicable drafting work.
• Works from specifications as to product requirements.
• Designs sheet metal part layouts and in-house drawings/blueprints.
• Makes required calculations to establish acceptable standards of performance, material selection, and type of construction.
• Assists sales and project managers to analyze projects as to manufacturing and material costs and develop designs that can be produced economically to maintain or improve internal and external cost.
• Assists with analyzing results and redesign if required.
• Analysis and support of the drafting functions for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to calculate mathematical formulas to find correct dimensions.
• Accurately use inspection equipment such as a caliper and micrometer.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Experience
• Associates Degree or Certification in CAD with 2D & 3D design & drafting preferred.
• Must be proficient using 3D Solidworks and 2D Autocad software.
• Basic understanding of industry related drafting and industry standards.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication a plus.

Quality Inspector
We are looking for a reliable Quality Inspector who will be responsible for following company procedures for the overall quality conformance of all fabricated, welded, and machined parts ensuring approval before they leave our building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect parts both visually and dimensionally using micrometer, gauge pins, caliper, height indicator and scales.
• Read blueprints and instructions to understand customer requirements.
• Approve or reject parts, weldments, and assemblies with respect to quality standards.
• Prepare documentation for first article of inspection. (FAI, PPAP)
• Communicate with other QC personnel, supervisors, operators, salesmen, etc. making recommendations on adjustments to the assembly or production process.
• Fills out non-conformance reports.

Skills Requirements:
• Must have previous fabrication and quality experience.
• Ability to effectively gather and present information.
• Ability to use quality testing tools and inspection equipment.
• Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
• Must demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitor own work to ensure quality.

Minimum Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• One-year inspection experience or two years of experience in a metal fabrication environment having responsibilities for assuring quality of work.
