The Industrial Company Store is currently seeking a part time Merchandising & Inventory Coordinator/Store Associate to join our team!

The duties for the Store Associate position include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the day to day store operations by waiting on customers, answering phones, operating the cash register, completing shift paperwork and required counts, stocking, receiving, ordering inventory, customer service, emptying trash, basic cleaning inside and outside the store and miscellaneous small jobs as determined by the store manager.

The ideal candidate will:
* Be extremely dedicated to customer service and support.
* Have strong interpersonal skills
* Answer the phone and greet customers arriving to the location in person professionally and courteously, ensuring all customers are redirected or supported according to their individual needs.
* Perform a variety of clerical duties as needed to support the operations of the location.
* Work independently
* Be willing to learn or know about welding/metal fabrication as well as the material used.

Experience & skills you need:
* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
* Familiar with Google Suite Programs.
* Good phone etiquette.
* Able to lift 60 pounds

Schedule:
Part time
Monday to Friday

* Able to lift 50 pounds

We are hiring for a Yard Hand. This is an entry level position with potential for advancement.
The candidate must be team orientated, flexible in job responsibilities, and comfortable working in a steel yard. Should have good communication skills, organizational and cleanliness a plus.
Will be responsible for keeping track of inventory in yard. Organizing materials that are received, and putting away orders in proper fashion to minimize damage.
Must be able to compute basic math problems to include addition, subtraction, including feet and inches.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: DOE $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: - Monday-Friday - Overtime as required.
Experience Required: - Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery. - Ability to follow written and oral instructions - Load and unload semitrucks properly. - Must have a basic understanding of workplace safety. - May include other general labor duties. - Driver’s License - 18 and older
Experience Preferred: - Forklift - Shear and/or saw cut material. - Staging equipment and materials.
Expected hours: 40 per week
