Thankful for everyone who donated food at the Polar Bear Campout. You guys are awesome and I plan to do a lot more things to give back. Keep an eye out!

Played around with the drone for a few minutes at the PBCC Oklahoma Event . Around 60 rigs over the 2 days we spent at Red Rock Canyon. Such a beautiful place spent with good friends.

PBCC Oklahoma Event

A few of you have asked if they can help pitch in on food for the group meals. I was loosely planning on 50 or so people joining in. If you want to volunteer to bring food, it would be beyond helpful. Don't feel obligated though, I would still to love to have you show up and eat with us. I plan to bring my full size Blackstone from the house so I will have plenty of cook space! The meal plans are:

Friday Night - Walking Tacos:
Ground Beef, 10lbs
Doritos Nacho Cheese, 50 bags
Shredded Cheese, 5lbs
Pace Picante, 38oz
Sour Cream, 1lb
Shredded Lettuce, 32oz
Jarred Jalapenos, 12-16oz
Grape Tomatoes, 2lbs

Saturday Morning - Breakfast Burritos:
Tortillas, x50
Eggs, x100
Southern Hashbrowns, 2lbs
Shredded Cheese, 5lbs
Bacon, 4lbs
Sausage, 3lbs
Pace Picante, 38oz

Saturday Night - Chicken Fried Rice:
Chicken Breasts, 6lbs
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Frozen Peas and Carrots, 6 cups
Eggs, dozen
Sriracha

Let me know if you plan on bringing an item so I can mark it off my list of food to bring. Of course if you want to contribute something else, that would be awesome too. Thank you and see you in a few days!

Finally wrapped up the electrical. All original switches and panels are fully functional again, added much needed safety features (fuses) not in the factory wiring, and permanently wired lights, fans, and plug-ins in the rear "nightstands". This weekend, I'll start the plumbing (going full PEX-A).
