Last Saturday, the O'Neal Steel team competed in the 22nd Annual Chili Cook-Off benefiting The Exceptional Foundation in Birmingham, Alabama.

The Exceptional Foundation is a nonprofit organization that promotes friendship, healthy living, and community involvement for adults and children with intellectual disabilities.

This holiday season, our teams came together to support local organizations and bring joy to families in need!

Our Birmingham and Corporate team, along with our friends at O'Neal Industries, sponsored 36 angels through the The Salvation Army USA Angel Tree Program.

Our Pittsburgh team hosted a toy drive in support of Evan's Monumental Gifts Inc, which distributes Christmas gifts to children in need.

For the 7th consecutive year, Our Evansville team donated toys to Ton of Toys through St. Vincent de Paul, helping provide gifts to children in families facing financial difficulties.

Our Waterloo team partnered with a local school and put together “Baskets of Love” for families in need.

Our Dallas team donated hams and other food items to support families in need.

Decades ago, Mr. Kirkman O'Neal, our founder, wanted a meaningful way to show appreciation to every team member during the holidays. The idea was simple: give a gift families could enjoy together—a holiday ham. It was such a hit that the tradition continues today, spreading cheer year after year!
