Our leadership team had a wonderful time attending the 2026 Central Alabama Economic Development Summit yesterday, hosted by the Birmingham Business Alliance in partnership with One East and the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama.

Our team connected with regional leaders, exchanged ideas, and gained valuable insights into the strategies shaping Central Alabama’s economic future. From infrastructure and site readiness to community development and regional growth, the conversations reinforced the importance of collaboration in building stronger, more competitive communities.

A Winner’s Mentality in Action! 🏆

Our President & CEO, Selena Rodgers Dickerson, joined business owners, contractors, and industry experts in Nashville for the Tennessee Department of Transportation (myTDOT) Annual DBE Conference earlier this month. This year, the theme was “Winner’s Mentality: From Mindset to Mastery.”

Selena was honored to join the “Women in Construction: The Winner’s Circle” panel, sharing the stage with women who are leading, building, and creating opportunities across the industry. The conversation explored what it takes to grow and sustain a successful business, lead with purpose, and operate at a high level in the construction and infrastructure space.
