I found this ancient Photoswitch photoeye on our mezzanine, and had to see if it still worked. I mean, why not, right? Using all proper safety features, like leaving the back cover off while checking it.....it's only 115VAC....

Just saw these pictures from an installation several years ago in Kentucky. We built the transfer car, and the outfeed conveyors to automatically strap cubes of concrete blocks going into coal mines. The pattern for strapping the cubes allowed them to remove wooden pallets, which are a problem once underground in the mines.

Another one done, startup in the shop. We designed and built this system to put 4 straps on a 3,000 # pallet of batteries. Using a single strapping machine. In a teeny tiny space 🤓
