Our LED walls aren’t just for the main stage.
A lobby video wall transforms an entrance into an experience—welcoming guests, sharing key information, and elevating the entire event. Bold, dynamic visuals grab attention instantly and set a polished, high-end tone from the moment attendees arrive.
For conventions, video walls display schedules, room directions, sponsor logos, and real-time updates—reducing confusion and cutting back on printed signage.
For fundraisers, they create powerful emotional connections by showcasing mission videos, testimonials, impact stats, and live donation totals. Motion graphics and live content keep guests engaged longer, encouraging conversation, networking, and participation.
Video walls also offer premium visibility for sponsors and major donors, with seamless rotation of logos and branded content throughout the event.
Here are a few examples of our rental walls in use:
• MetraPark Arena, Billings — a three-sided LED wall for the Chamber of Billings Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event, celebrating the arena’s 50th anniversary with a 10’ x 10’ display plus 40” side walls.
• Montana Farm Bureau Federation Annual Convention in Missoula — a three-sided lobby wall showcasing sponsors, keynote speakers, and schedules over a subtle wheat-field animation. Built with 2.6mm pitch tiles and 90° corners, making an 8.2 ft tall x 6.6 ft wide with 3.28ft side walls, paired with a matching presentation wall inside the ballroom.
