-Facility is meant to cater to RV owners, Boat Owners, Car hobbyist, and a small businesses Plumbers, HVAC, Carpenters & Electricians who work out of there house and need to store material & equipment.

- There will be absolutely no outside storage of any kind at any time.

-Owners will pay monthly/yearly dues to the association to keep up with preventative maintenance, repairs/ upkeep, Snow plowing, and Summer maintenance to the outside of the buildings and common areas. Owner are responsible for any work the interior of their unit.

- All owners will have access to an owner’s lounge. Owners lounge to consist of a seating area, Bathrooms, WiFi, and outside access to a wash Bay/station

-Owners will be responsible for following all by-laws set forth by the condominium association.
