Fit-up challenges are easier to solve before components reach the field.

For fixed equipment projects, RMS uses precision metrology and 3D scanning to capture the as-built geometry of large fabricated components.

Through virtual assembly, our team digitally evaluates critical interfaces before physical assembly begins — identifying dimensional deviations, verifying alignment, assessing clearances, and anticipating interferences.

That insight allows trim cut removals to be defined in the shop rather than discovered on site, so components arrive ready to land and fit right the first time.
