Some photos of recent jobs done related to hydraulics. We make custom hose assemblies while you wait! 1/4“ to 1 1/4“ two wire assemblies with bite to crimp ends! Also 1/2“ to 1 1/4“ four wire assemblies for those more severe applications! We stock JIC, Pipe, O-Ring Boss, Face Seal, Fl**ge, Metric, Banjo, and so many more styles!

Stainless steel boxed lid with hingeing grates to separate larger pieces. Heavy hinges in stainless steel could not be procured in time for this project so we had to make them ourselves. We also installed this peice for our customer.

Emergency! That’s what the customer said when they called on a Saturday night to see if we were available to do this job. This was for a local frac company who needed these ni***es welded on the tank so they could flow fluid through this container. We prepped the ni***es with a good bevel on the lathe then plasma cut a hole and started welding!
